7. Product Shipping – Delivery Terms

The BulgaShop Ltd can serve customers worldwide. For your convenience, we have selected the most reliable courier companies that their mission is to deliver your order at your place safely and quickly. Your orders are sent depending on the availability of products usually 24-48 hours. If we can not execute your order due to force majeure (bad weather, strikes etc.), We will contact you to tell us if you wish to complete. Please note that for distances above than 20 kilometers from cities is the seat of courier and some remote islands may incur additional charges.

8. Cancelation and Returns

You have the right to return products purchased, without penalty and without being obliged to let us know why you wish to return the products within five (5) business days from the date you receive them. 9. Product Guarantee

All our products are covered by the respective guarantees of manufacturers – suppliers and not from the BulgaShop Ltd. The BulgaShop Ltd accepts no responsibility for the replacement / repair and amending guarantee conditions set by each manufacturer-suppliers.

For GPS Devices guarantee its usually 2 years for the devices and 6 months for the batteries. Ask us for each device you are interested of.

Backup:

The customer care have data backup located on device achievements.The company has the right to erase whatever is in your device, and install other software.

Warranty does not cover the following:

Batteries or battery-data losses caused by the buyer’s responsibility. (e.g throw, blow, fire, water, improper use or storage, etc.) -Damages caused during transport.

If during the package delivery by a carrier, and in case of visible external damage, we recommend that customers do not receive the parcel, and contact us.-Break plastic, hinges, boards, etc. regardless of the reason that caused it.

Restraining order: 
The company assumes no other liability beyond those expressly which said above. Particularly emphasized that the company assumes no responsibility and assumes absolutely no obligation to repair everything related to:

Machine Without Damage:

10. Product Prices

All prices shown in our catalogs include the VAT 20%. These values relate to the quantities available in the warehouse of our suppliers while BulgaShop Ltd reserves the right to adjust prices without contact first.

Using the GPS Products-Services/Filehosting/Trackers Webhosting Services, you represent and warrant that you are the copyright owner and / or licensee with respect to any hosted content of users and even warrant that no content or use of all them violates the trademark or rights of any third party, peoples or companies.

The BulgaShop Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate the transmission of your gps tracker and sim card poviced if the Customer/User violates these policies or violates any law or regulation.
The user / customer guarantees to indemnify BulgaShop Ltd in any subsequent compensation and reimbursement for any damage, loss, liability, costs and expenses, including legal, suffered the BulgaShop Ltd due to illicit any kind  GPS Products-Services/Filehosting/Trackers Webhosting Services use by the user / customer and duties or guarantees expected from this contract or anyway connected with the use of the object of the service user / customer agreement.

Although the marketing of surveillance equipment is completely legal, it is possible that their final use by the respective buyer conflicts with the existing legislation, regarding the protection and illegal interference with privacy, use of personal data and in general for the support of illegal activities. 13. The SIM cards which we offer with the devices:

1) Are owned by and remain the property of Bulgashop Ltd and the above and below terms also applies to them. Our services may be interrupted at any time if deemed necessary by the company. It is not allowed to use our products/services for illegal purposes.

2) Includes MB’s for tracking for at least 2years, up to 10years or everything else showed at product details at our shop!

3) When you run out of MB’s or from the expiration date showed at product details at our shop, usually at 2 years,depending your usage, It is possible to load the card with extra MB’s with an extra charge depending on the price lists of that time.

4) Τheir provision to the customer is NOT binding.

1) Offer free for as long as the company decides or included with extension package from our shop and their provision to the customer is NOT binding.
