Terms of Service
- Voluntary Data Provision: By using our service, users voluntarily provide their location data. TrackersNest (operated by BulgaShop LTD) does not assume any liability for the data provided.
- Anonymity: All location data is completely anonymous as no personal names are required for the service.
- Data Retention: Location data will be stored on our servers for a minimum of 6 months.
- Device Tracking:
- The primary user, the one who registered for the service, can track their device live and view the history of its movements.
- Family members, regardless of degree of kinship, can request the device’s location in case of emergency.
- Historical data will not be provided to family members, only current location upon request from Greek authorities.
- Data Sharing with Authorities: In case of an emergency (such as a disappearance), the current location and complete historical data will be made available to Greek authorities.
- Service Activation: Once the activation details are submitted, the service will be activated within approximately 24 hours, depending on the workload.
- Service Reliability:
- We do not guarantee the continuous operation of the service and it should not be relied upon as the sole safety measure.
- The service should be considered an additional preventive measure.
- Free Service: This service is offered completely free of charge for the specified period. There are no payment obligations.
- Service Termination: Users can remove the application at any time, which will stop the tracking service immediately. Additionally, users may request the deletion of their device from live tracking by contacting us via the contact page with their device ID and email. Once deleted, the device cannot be logged into again until re-registration.
- No Claims Against BulgaShop LTD: Users have no claims against BulgaShop LTD for the provided service and their data.
- No Liability: The company holds no obligations towards any party and does not guarantee the complete security of the data, despite using encrypted SSL connections.
- Legal Use: The service must be used solely for legal purposes. Any illegal activity resulting from the use of the service is the sole responsibility of the user, not the company.
